SHI Capital Operations Specialist

Role Overview SHI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHI Capital Operations Specialist to support the continued growth and scalability of SHI Capital. This role plays a critical part in reducing operational friction, improving process consistency, and enabling the SHI Capital team to focus on high-value sales activities. What You Will Do Manage and resolve operational issues related to invoicing, remittance, and funding processes. Own and coordinate ServiceNow tickets and internal workflow requests. Track and resolve downstream issues impacting deal execution and customer experience.
