Restaurant Manager

WOW Turkey is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager with beverage management experience to join our leadership team. We offer an elevated Southern comfort dining experience with a modern atmosphere, handcrafted cocktails, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who excels at guest engagement, team development, and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining strong operational and financial performance.

Beverage management experience is required. Training and development experience is preferred.

Restaurant Operations and Leadership

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to maintain consistent service standards.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests and team members throughout service.
• Build guest relationships, anticipate needs, address concerns, and resolve service issues professionally.
• Monitor staffing levels, manage floor coverage, and support scheduling needs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and alcohol service laws.
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.

Beverage Program Management

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, receiving, product rotation, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor beverage costs, pour costs, inventory variances, and product usage.
• Maintain cocktail recipes, beverage specifications, and preparation standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase beverage sales and improve profitability.
• Train and coach bartenders on cocktail execution, product knowledge, responsible alcohol service, and guest engagement.
• Maintain proper beverage controls and compliance with applicable alcohol regulations.

Training & Team Development

• Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of restaurant team members.
• Reinforce service standards, steps of service, product knowledge, and hospitality expectations.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
• Lead by example and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Identify training opportunities and work with leadership to strengthen team performance.

Financial & Administrative Management

• Monitor sales performance, labor costs, beverage costs, and key operational metrics.
• Review daily sales reports and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Assist with inventory reporting, purchasing controls, and expense management.
• Maintain accurate operational records and complete required administrative responsibilities.
• Support private dining events, special events, and promotional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Demonstrated beverage management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, cocktails, beverage inventory, and cost controls.
• Excellent guest engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections and create memorable guest experiences.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable to established standards.
• Training, onboarding, coaching, or employee development experience preferred.
• Understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, sales performance, and operational controls.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to meet applicable Louisiana requirements for alcohol service and management.
