What You'll Be Doing

Lead monthly financial analysis and reporting activities

Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans

Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards

Investigate variances and provide recommendations to improve results

Support month-end close and financial statement analysis

Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiencies

Participate in special projects that impact business strategy and growth

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience

Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting

ERP experience preferred

Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through financial insights

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with leaders across the organization
