Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for a consulting assignment. This position will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting business leaders with key financial insights and decision-making. Pay: Up to $42/hour Responsibilities: Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business operations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Analyze financial results and explain variances to budget and prior periods Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools Support month-end close and reporting processes Evaluate trends, performance metrics, and key business drivers Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports for management Partner with accounting and operational teams to support business initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or related experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis Experience with financial reporting and forecasting Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred: Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Strong financial modeling experience Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, or professional services environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
