Maintenance Technician 2nd shift

Maintenance MechanicWork Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.Brief DescriptionEmployee repairs and maintains machinery and production equipment, installs functional and structural parts within the facility. Installs, removes and performs preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery. The employee troubleshoots, tests, lubricates, and cleans as required. The employee operates a wide variety of power, pneumatic and hand tools as well precision measuring devices and test equipment. The employee is trained cross functional in both mechanical and electrical trades.Key Accountabilities•Responsible for maintaining production machinery throughout the facility•Responsible for all facility (structural) maintenance and repairs•Responsible for executing and closing work orders in a timely manner•Accurate record keeping – equipment history, PM schedules, down time logs•Any reports as required by management•Comply with any and all safety procedures ie: lock out / tag out, fall prevention, lift equipment safety and confined space entry.•Housekeeping duties as required•Work in a constant state of alertness•Regular and predictable attendance•Work cooperative with co-workersJob RequirementsMACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, WORK AIDES:Wide variety of hand, power and pneumatic toolsLift equipmentAnalytical test equipmentPrecision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, tape measuresComputers – CNC and PLCHours worked Maintenance mechanics work 8-10 hour shifts with a forty-hour work week.
