Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet care to promote safety and aesthetic appeal.
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of event spaces or special functions as needed.
• Support housekeeping staff by replenishing supplies, delivering linens, and managing storage areas efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly.
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks using specialized equipment for large-scale or deep-cleaning projects.
• Uphold health and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for guests and team members.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in cleaning, floor care, and general janitorial tasks.
• Experience with hospitality operations or working within a hotel environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices is a plus.
• Background in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning teams can be beneficial but is not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures accurately.
