Virtual Tax Operations Lead - Second Look
H&R Block
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Lead Virtual Operations professional to oversee staffing, workflow, and day-to-day logistics for the Second Look pod, driving efficiency and quality in a remote environment. You will mentor virtual teams, manage performance reviews, and focus on key metrics such as CSAT, SLAs, and productivity while collaborating with leadership to scale client growth initiatives. Excellent communication and change-management skills are essential as you coordinate with the Associate #J-18808-Ljbffr H&R Block, Inc.
