About the team: The Transformation & Enablement (T&E) team leads the advancement of Internal Audit by integrating methodology, technology, governance, and expertise. This team ensures audit planning and execution are data-driven and aligned with complex business needs. Focused on delivering effective assurance, T&E supports continuous improvement and operational excellence enterprise-wide. By fostering collaboration and utilizing advanced tools, the team upholds high standards of accountability, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance. T&E empowers Internal Audit to efficiently achieve strategic objectives with integrity, driving modernization and enhanced audit effectiveness across the organization.

What you'll do...

• Coordinate and oversee audit methodology by developing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business objectives.
• Plan, assign, and manage audit documentation, ways of working, and evaluating process efficiencies.
• Communicate new guidance and recommendations through clear, executive-level reports tailored to stakeholders.
• Drive audit process improvements by recognizing automation opportunities and standardizing methodologies.
• Innovate using AI tools, Vibe Coding, Data Visualization.
