About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained throughout the hotel.

What you'll get to do
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness
* Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials
* Train and develop housekeeping staff to improve their skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues promptly

Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct the housekeeping team
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens
* High school diploma or equivalent required
