Insurance Interviewer (Remote)

The primary purpose of this position is to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone outbound calls for multiple client companies.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants.
• Complete interview with applicant or leave a message for a return call
• Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interview.
• Review and edit information collection during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
• Use the C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make telephone calls.
• Log call attempts, document information with orders as necessary and record call results.
• Learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company.
• Respond to the needs and request of clients, staff and management in a professional and expedited manner.
• Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements.

Education:

HS diploma or equivalent

Additional Job Details:

Recruiting in Missouri, South Texas (Houston), and Florida. Schedule is 10am - 7pm CST (central). Training will be on same shift - 10am - 7pm CST. To help your team prepare for sourcing, we wanted to share a few key updates to our requirements and process for this upcoming cohort:

• Work from Home: These positions will be 100% remote, which includes all training.
• Schedules: Outlined on each request, along with training schedule.
• Schedule Change: Please note that these team members will begin a Saturday rotation approximately 30 days after completing their training.
• New Prerequisites: Candidates must have a medical terminology background. They also need to be highly proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, and comfortable navigating technology.
• Interview Process: We will be conducting interviews this round, which will last between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
