This includes: project management, alignment with key stakeholders, vendor relationship management, HR systems and information integrity, analytics related to current programs, modelling of potential future programs, compliance & regulation, and plan documentation.WHAT YOU GET TO DOMaintains deep knowledge of assigned benefit programs & working knowledge of other programsServes as project manager on plan implementations/changes & other Total Rewards initiatives as neededLeverages analytics on current benefit programs to drive changeOversees vendor relationshipsMaintains, tests and troubleshoots HR systems to ensure benefit plan & employee data accuracyEnsures flawless execution on all compliance and regulatory activities for assigned HR programsMonitors emerging industry trends and brings forth for considerationProvides support to HR Service Center and Benefit Administrators on escalated issues of complex natureDrafts employee and key stakeholder communicationsPrepares modelling of potential future programs or changes to existing programsEnsures vendor complies with service level agreements and other expectationsEducates HR Service Center on standard plan provisions and recent changes to benefit programsResearches process efficiencies and brings forth new functionalityPartners with Finance to ensure plan funding and/or allocation of plan costsAssists with benefit plan renewalsManages plan auditsOversees day to day operations of assigned benefit programsUpdates and distributes plan documentation as necessaryResponsible for project implementation and success measuresWHAT WE VALUEAdvanced problem solving and decision making skillsResults orientedProcess and system knowledgeDetailed and thorough written and oral communication skillsCollaboration and influenceStrong customer service skillsContinues to advance Amcor business knowledge inside and outside of HRSupports consistency and applies a continuous improvement framework to plan implementation and administrationCompliance with all service level agreementsWHAT WE WANT FROM YOU2-5 years of Human Resources experience1 year vendor management experienceBachelors degree required, preferably in Human ResourcesProgram administration experience in large scale manufacturing environment preferredExperience with diverse, multi-location company with various employee classifications preferredProject management experience preferredOur ExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
