Assistant Account Manager I
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift & Schedule: Mornings and Evenings, Weekends & Holiday

What we're looking for:*
- Supervise and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants and maintenance personnel on a daily basis.
- Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
- Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
- Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employee productivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination.
- Assist in training cashiers, valets, and shuttle drivers to ensure meeting of job expectations.
- Provide continuous customer service training for all Propark employees at assigned location.
- Assist in shuttle fleet upkeep, preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Assist office manager with administrative duties.
- Patrol and monitor safety and cleanliness of parking garage and facility.
- Act as point of contact for damage claims and ensure each incident is dealt with completely.
- Process cash receipts and compile bank deposits for bookkeeper revenue reports. Ensure that all deposits are accurate and properly safeguarded.
- Assist in reviewing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
- Assist in reconciliation of time cards and submission of payroll for Propark staff.
- Ensure compliance of company and client policies and procedures.
- May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences.
- May be asked to fill in for Account Manager in his/her absence or on second shift/weekends.
- Prepare reports, surveys and conduct special projects as needed.

- This position assists with all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing the front-line team. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top assett.
- Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight
- Some experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus

- Supervisar y dirigir a todos los asociados de primera línea, incluyendo supervisores, cajeros, valets, asistentes y personal de mantenimiento de manera diaria.
- Atender las quejas de los clientes y los problemas operativos del día a día.
- Actuar como enlace entre los clientes, el personal y la gerencia.
- Hacer recomendaciones significativas para la contratación de empleados, evaluar la productividad de los empleados y/o disciplinar a los empleados, incluyendo la terminación de empleo.
- Asistir en la capacitación de cajeros, valets y conductores de shuttle para asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas del puesto.
- Proporcionar capacitación continua en servicio al cliente para todos los empleados de Propark en la ubicación asignada.
- Asistir en el mantenimiento de la flota de shuttles, mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones.
- Asistir al gerente de oficina con tareas administrativas.
- Patrullar y supervisar la seguridad y limpieza del estacionamiento y las instalaciones.
- Actuar como punto de contacto para los reclamos por daños y asegurar que cada incidente se maneje por completo.

- Asistir en la revisión de los horarios de trabajo para asegurar una cobertura adecuada minimizando los gastos.
- Asistir en la conciliación de las tarjetas de tiempo y el envío de la nómina del personal de Propark.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía y del cliente.
- Es posible que se le pida cubrir a los asociados de primera línea durante sus ausencias.
- Es posible que se le pida cubrir al Gerente de Cuenta en su ausencia o en el segundo turno/fines de semana.
- Preparar informes, encuestas y llevar a cabo proyectos especiales según sea necesario.
