About the Role As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Exterior Cleaning Services Division, including: Lead management and sales opportunities Estimating and proposal development Scheduling and production coordination Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members Customer communication and relationship management Quality control and project oversight Equipment, vehicle, and inventory management Budgeting, KPI tracking, and profitability management Continuous improvement of systems and processes Business development and growth initiatives You will work closely with the company's leadership team while maintaining accountability for the division's overall performance and growth.
