Overview Cactus encourages walk-in applicants Monday–Thursday from 2pm–4pm. Stop by with your resume and be prepared to interview with a chef on the spot (if available). Qualifications Professional, positive demeanor with strong teamwork orientation. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly. Reliable, punctual, and able to reliably follow directions. Flexible weekend availability. Benefits Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance after 6 months of employment, provided the employee averages at least 30 hours per week. Employer covers 75% of the premium; dependent/family coverage available at full cost to the employee. Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL) as per Washington state and local laws. Unpaid Holidays Off: 5 designated holidays per year. Additional benefits include: Free meals during shifts worked. 25% off dining on days off.
