Network Operations Center Technician

We are looking for a Systems Engineer I to join our engineering team in Elgin, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of systems engineering experience who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting customers, and working on system design from requirements through testing. Responsibilities Participate in system-level design and requirements gathering. Support customers and assist with system testing throughout the project lifecycle. Modify and improve existing system designs and technologies. Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve system design issues. Develop and implement solutions to complex technical challenges. Maintain knowledge of video technologies, networking, and system architectures. Work with TCP/IP, Ethernet, servers, and virtualization technologies. Utilize systems engineering and requirements management tools to support project execution. Communicate effectively with engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders through written and verbal communication. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 1–3 years of systems engineering or related experience. Understanding of system design principles and engineering methodologies. Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP and Ethernet. Familiarity with servers and virtualization technologies. Experience using systems engineering and requirements management tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
