Intensivist Physician Opportunity
University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center (UM SJMC), a member of University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking an Intensivist Physician to join our team in Towson, Maryland.
Responsibilities include:
- Rotating schedule within a 20-bed Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit, 6-bed Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit, and a 6-bed Intermediate Care Unit
- Co-coverage of the units during days with 2 physicians, nighttime coverage with 2 advanced practice providers
- Ideal candidates will be trained and board certified in Critical Care Medicine
- Shift model
- SJMC is a CMS 5-Star, Leapfrog Grade 'A' hospital and ranked the #1 community hospital in Maryland by the U.S. News and World Report.
- This is an outstanding opportunity to provide coverage for an excellent institution, healthcare system, and team.
Work experience required:
- License to practice medicine in the state of Maryland
- BE/BE in area of specialty
