Pay & Benefits:

What You ll Do:

• Provide diagnostic assessments, including psycho/pharmacological treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medications, order labs, and review results.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients about treatment options and medication adherence.
• Monitor and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.

What You Need:

• Iowa RN and APRN licenses; certification as a clinical specialist/NP by ANCC or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in behavioral/mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of mental health laws and managed care practices.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle multiple priorities.
