Seeking a dedicated professional to serve as an onsite School Psychologist at a high school campus near Philadelphia, PA for the upcoming academic year. This full-time contract position is ideal for those passionate about supporting high school students and who thrive in dynamic, urban educational environments. You'll be working in person five days a week from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, for a total of 35 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and active School Psychologist certification/licensure for Pennsylvania
- Prior school-based experience, specifically in high school settings
- Comprehensive understanding of conducting evaluations and assessments
- Demonstrated experience working in urban districts
- Ability to complete all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to the start date
- Reliable transportation; punctuality and attendance are essential
- Comfortable working onsite, with no schedule accommodations; hours are 7:15AM–2:45PM daily
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for high school students, performing a range of psychological assessments and evaluations
- Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and outside professionals to address student needs
- Generate timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports in accordance with district and state requirements
- Participate in meetings, offer recommendations, and support the special education process
- Work flexibly and professionally within a diverse urban school community
