Treasury Analyst II

Houston , Texas Contract to Hire Sep 25, 2026 Position Overview The Treasury Analyst II will play a key role in supporting treasury and financial assurance activities through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This individual will collaborate extensively with business leaders, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance. The ideal candidate has strong treasury, accounting, audit, or corporate finance experience and advanced Excel capabilities. Key Responsibilities Support treasury and financial assurance activities through financial analysis and reporting Evaluate and prioritize financial assurance requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance Partner with business units, corporate leadership, financial institutions, brokers, and external stakeholders Assist with cash forecasting, portfolio analysis, and financial planning activities Prepare management presentations, financial reports, and compliance reporting Perform financial ratio analysis, benchmarking, and stress testing Support lease reviews and financing transactions Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting and reconciliations Monitor investment and financial assurance portfolios Lead and participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Provide analytical support on treasury, finance, and risk management projects Develop recommendations and insights that support strategic business decisions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline 2-5 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis Strong cash forecasting experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP IF Statements Financial Modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience within a large corporate treasury or finance environment Oracle ERP experience Exposure to treasury operations, banking relationships, debt management, financial assurance, or risk management activities Experience with Power BI, Access, PowerPoint, and Adobe products Strong project management and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Contract-to-Hire Hybrid Schedule Unlimited PTO Additional Sick Leave Company Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Connect Search Perspective This role is ideal for an accountant, auditor, treasury analyst, or finance professional looking to expand their corporate treasury experience with a best-in-class organization.
