Treasury Analyst

This is a 6-month contract position with a pay rate of up to $42/hour. Responsibilities: Review credit agreements and ensure compliance with agreements, indentures, etc. Submit withdrawal/transfer certificates and distribution certificates to banks for dividends to the parent company. Reconcile debt service payment amounts between bank invoices and internal schedules/calculations/systems, including floating rate settings. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Operations, or Capital Markets. Experience with SAP systems (from ECC to S4/HANA) and Treasury Management Workstations. Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
