Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day cash management activities, including monitoring cash positions, liquidity, inflows/outflows, and short-term funding needs. Prepare and maintain daily and weekly cash forecasts, identifying trends, variances, and potential liquidity needs. Analyze historical cash activity and business drivers to improve the accuracy of cash flow projections. Support banking activities, account management, cash transfers, and treasury reporting. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business planning and strategic decisions. Assist with annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers. Perform budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variance analysis and communicate key findings to leadership. Develop dashboards and reporting that provide greater visibility into cash flow and overall business performance. Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and other business leaders to gather data and improve forecast accuracy. Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in treasury, FP&A, financial analysis, data analytics, or a related function. Hands-on cash management/treasury experience strongly preferred. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Ability to recognize trends within large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights. Advanced Excel skills required.
