IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

As an Enterprise Risk Analyst - AI Risk, you'll help shape how BECU responsibly adopts and manages artificial intelligence across the organization. You'll play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks associated with AI, machine learning, generative AI, and other emerging technologies. By strengthening AI governance, oversight, and risk management practices, you'll help protect member data, reinforce trust, and support innovation that benefits our members and communities. Your expertise will influence risk conversations across the enterprise while helping BECU balance innovation with responsible decision-making. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

AI Risk Assessments: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify, assess, and evaluate risks associated with AI, machine learning, generative AI, and other AI-enabled solutions. Independent Review & Challenge: Assist with and independently perform reviews and validations of AI systems, models, tools, data, and processes to support effective AI governance and risk management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Polluxa, Inc.
