Assembler – 1st Shift

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Pay: $18–$20/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Overview

We are seeking reliable Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This role involves building stainless steel hose assemblies in a clean, hands-on production environment. It is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working with tools and following detailed instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble hose components using hand and power tools

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform pressure testing and accurately document results

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or assembly guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Required Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience required

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Ability to read and follow written instructions or diagrams

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive tasks

Work Environment

• Clean, air-conditioned manufacturing facility

• Hands-on assembly work with tools and equipment

Pay and Benefits
