Senior Tax Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing Tax Compliance: Support the preparation of US federal and state income tax returns, estimates, and other necessary filings for various entities such as corporations and partnerships. Tax Provision: Assist in the preparation of global income tax provisions in compliance with ASC740, including the analysis and reconciliation of deferred taxes. Tax Accounting: Manage records related to income taxes, including deferred tax assets/liabilities and valuation allowances. Tax Examination Management: Help with audits at the federal and state levels, review proposed adjustments, and prepare responses for disputed adjustments. Special Projects: Participate in tax research and special projects such as M&A due diligence, tax planning, and other tax‑related activities.
