Concrete Project Engineer

Location : Livermore, CA

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project administration and coordination.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, drawing logs, and project documentation.
• Track procurement schedules and monitor material deliveries to maintain project timelines.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes and action items.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents for completeness and constructability.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Support quality control and safety initiatives across all project activities.
• Assist with project closeout documentation, punch lists, warranties, and final turnover packages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience (preferably with concrete)
• Basic understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and scheduling principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
