Assistant Account Manager
Pay: $22.00
Shift: 8am-5pm
Location: Indiana, United States

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Assistant Account Manager for our manufacturing industry client to start immediately at $22.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Support the Account Management team in managing client relationships
Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely project completion
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Assist with reporting, documentation, and maintaining accurate account records
Help resolve customer issues and support client meetings and strategic planning

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Made4Net and Traverse experience preferred
Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and in a team

Skills

Client relationship management
