Title: Strategic Account Acquisition Manager — Precision Tooling
Location: Mooresville, IN
Employment Type: Full time

• Accelerate new customer growth and expand Overton’s market footprint.
• Translate complex manufacturing capabilities into clear value for prospects.
• Drive revenue through disciplined pipeline management and targeted outreach.

• Identify and pursue new business in defined markets and industries.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers; uncover manufacturing needs and challenges.
• Present our manufacturing, machining, tooling, and production offerings to prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed goals for new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Generate leads via active networking at industry events, trade shows, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to tailor customer-centric solutions.
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline and log activities in CRM (Pipedrive).
• Deliver market intelligence on trends, competitors, and customer requirements to inform product and marketing strategies.
• Option to oversee select existing customers with expansion potential, in partnership with Project Managers who lead day-to-day execution.

• Demonstrated success in manufacturing, machining, tool & die, or production stamping sales.
• Established industry network and experience creating new customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent approach to business development.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and convey benefits effectively.
• Regular travel required.
• Work model: Occasional remote flexibility after consistently meeting goals; otherwise, be in-office when not traveling.
