Staff Program Manager

DescriptionJob Summary: As a Staff Program Manager, you'll oversee the delivery and performance of our Programs and Services, while building strong customer relationships. From program inception to delivery and beyond, you'll manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure projects stay on track. You will have an opportunity to partner with cross-functional groups to ensure a successful delivery of our IFE products and services. Team Summary:Our Program Management team prioritizes customer relationships, operational excellence, and attention to detail. We focus on understanding our RAVE Systems (Products) and Internal Systems to deliver efficient solutions. Each team member plays a crucial role, impacting our overall performance. Together, we work collaboratively to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results. Duties and Responsibilities:Manage design installation and development processes from program inception to product delivery Prepare and analyze data to understand program progress and financial contributionsUnderstand programs’ cost justification, recommend priorities and generate schedulesDrive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery  Daily management of programs and proactively identify areas of opportunities and risksRepresent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insightsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field  10+ of experience in a program or project management role5+ years of experience managing and delivering complex programs within the aerospace industry5+ years of experience in a Senior (or above) program management role with demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and contribute to strategic decision-makingExperience with the delivery and management of products and services Experience with fostering strong relationships with external customers Experience with project management scheduling, and deliveryExperience working with cross-functional groups BenefitsThe starting pay range for this position is $130,000 - 146,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.In addition to a comprehensive package of health benefits that include company contributions, RAVE Aerospace offers a variety of additional benefits and perks to enhance your work-life balance experience including but not limited to:A home allowance to elevate your home workspaceDiscretionary bonus programFuture financial security with a 401(k) program with a company matchPaid time off covering vacations, personal time off, and sick days, capped off by an exciting year-end holiday shutdownEmbraced flexibility with our alternative work schedule (9/80) to navigate your workweeks with every other Friday offJob SummaryID: 1EF73D5D24Department: Program ManagementType: full time
