Estimator Opportunity
Our client is a broad commercial General Contractor that is seeking an Estimator to join its growing team. This candidate can be more junior or experienced - they promote a work culture of growth and learning so would be an excellent fit for any candidate hungry to learn!
Job Description
- Works with Operations Manager & Engineering to form costs & labor costs on special projects.
- Generates estimates & proposals for selected projects.
- Obtains bidders lists for projects that have been scoped & estimated.
- Actively pursues bid projects with timely follow up & awareness of project status.
- Assists walk-in customers with project & product inquiries.

The Successful Applicant
- BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in the building/construction/property industry
- Experience with conceptual estimating
- Ground up project knowledge and experience
