Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Demonstrated expertise in Operating Room nursing (circulating and/or scrub roles)
• Recent experience as an RN in OR settings
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort at every stage
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical staff for seamless procedure flow
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and supplies
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, anticipating and responding to patient needs
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
• Uphold infection control standards and contribute to a culture of patient safety
• Engage in continuous learning to maintain expertise in latest surgical protocols and technologies
