Every team member plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to excellence, and we’re looking for a dedicated Busser to join our team and keep the energy flowing in our dining areas. What You’ll Do: Set the Stage for a Great Experience: Ensure tables are clean, symmetrically set, and ready for our guests, following service standards. Keep Things Clean and Tidy: Regularly sweep, mop, and maintain the dining area, including under tables and service stations. Assist Guests: Greet customers warmly upon arrival or departure and respond to requests when needed. Maintain Supplies: Refill cleaning products and ensure tools like brooms, mops, and cloths are clean and ready for use. Support the Team: Assist servers and other staff to ensure smooth service, filling in where needed to enhance the guest experience. Handle Bathroom Maintenance: Keep restrooms clean and well‑stocked with essentials like toilet paper, hand towels, and authorized deodorant. Perform Additional Tasks: Adapt to other duties as assigned by supervisors to meet the needs of the restaurant. What We’re Looking For: A friendly and respectful attitude, with a genuine smile as part of your service. Teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively to solve problems promptly. Knowledge of restaurant policies and a commitment to maintaining service standards. High school education or equivalent, with at least 3 months of experience in a similar role preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to remain mobile for up to 5 hours at a time and perform repetitive movements. Comfortable bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching to perform tasks. Ability to lift up to 33 pounds and push carts or work equipment occasionally. Capability to work indoors and outdoors, adapting to various temperatures and conditions.
