Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility)
• Experience working in school settings supporting PreK–12 students preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to create engaging therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Comfortable collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain records, and prepare reports in compliance with district and state requirements
• Partner with teachers and parents to support classroom success and carryover of therapy strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Provide in-services and support school-wide communication initiatives as needed
