Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certification (CF or CCC’s required)
• Experience or clinical education working with pediatric populations in educational settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to pediatric students ages PreK to high school
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop targeted treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and staff consultations
• Deliver individualized and group interventions tailored to student abilities
