Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY considered)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric SLP practice within school settings
• Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload and tailoring interventions for a variety of communication needs
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and documenting progress
• Confident with either on-site or teletherapy service delivery
• Familiarity with educational systems and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is helpful

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based environment
• Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with educators, families, and other specialists
• Deliver therapy both one-on-one and in small groups, adapting to in-person or remote platforms as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Communicate progress to all stakeholders with professionalism and empathy
