PRN Pharmacist

Pay Range and Compensation Pay Range: $52.50 - $77.18. A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Position Overview Acts as liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses in providing accurate and rational drug therapy to patients upon receipt of an allied health professional's order. Reviews order for dosing accuracy, drug selection, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness. Serves as a medical team consultant by participating in multidisciplinary rounds, committees, and workgroups. Provides drug information to allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and the general public. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program; eligible for Pharmacist licensure in state of practice. Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice. Board Certification preferred. Experience: Residency preferred. Schedule Schedule: PRN; every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday), 8am-12pm. Additional shifts available in Breese and Highland.
