Clinical Solutions Leader, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)

GE HealthCare seeks a Clinical Solutions Leader to lead a team of specialists serving electrophysiology-focused ambulatory surgery centers while managing an assigned account territory. This hybrid role combines people leadership with direct sales accountability for clinical growth and post-install adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Clinical Solutions Specialists with clear expectations for order growth and account penetration
- Own clinical sales growth and account adoption within an assigned EP ASC territory with defined revenue targets
- Coach specialists through one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and account reviews to shift clinical conversations toward commercial outcomes
- Manage team-level order growth, forecasting, and territory planning in partnership with ASC Development Leader
- Build clinical value cases with physicians, administrators, and clinical staff; drive post-install adoption and utilization tracking
Requirements
- Active or former hands-on clinical experience in Cath Lab or EP Lab (RN, RCIS, RCES, or Lead Technologist)
- Demonstrated sales success with accountability for order growth and expansion targets
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others with readiness for people management
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent clinical/sales experience (6+ years)
- Ability to travel 60% of the time within assigned territory
- Clinical sales or field clinical specialist experience in medtech with revenue accountability (desired)
- Experience managing field-based or remote teams in medtech or healthcare sales (desired)
