• Experience behind a bar (or the confidence to fake it until you make itwith skill, of course)

• Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
• Knowledge of classic cocktails + openness to getting creative
• Someone who can keep cool when the line is three-deep and someone just ordered "something blue"

• Can do cool tricks (we won't require flair bartending, but we won't stop you either)
