Bartender Position

The Bartender ensures all guests are provided with prompt and friendly service according to So Hospitality Group standards by working with team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Employee discounts, opportunity for advancement, training & development, wellness resources.

makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverage, service and overall concept

Takes food and beverage orders from guests and enters all items into the POS, thus processing the order in a timely manner

Observes to ensure that guests are satisfied with the food and service, responds to any additional requests and determines when the meal has been completed

Maintains POS and service areas cleaned and organized prior, during and after shifts

Follows all federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations outlined by management and the Employee Handbook

Extreme attention to detail and quality

Uphold personal appearances and professionalism

Knowledge of liquor, bar service, and recipe standards and the ability to execute

Follow through with all assigned tasks and be flexible to accommodate quickly to newly assigned duties

2 + years prior professional experience in restaurant management

• Approved state alcohol training required
• Adaptable to approved food handling training required by local laws change
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
