Artech provides technical expertise to fill gaps in clients' immediate skill-sets availability, deliver emerging technology skill-sets, refresh existing skill base, allow for flexibility in project planning and execution phases, and provide budgeting/financial flexibility by offering contingent labor as a variable cost.Job Description• Deploy and maintain a full suite of endpoint security products. • Responsible for ensuring high level of systems security compliance. • Maintain pertinent site location details to ensure proper incident management ticket routing. • Perform incident triage and handling by determining scope, urgency and potential impact • Provide support for vulnerability assessments tools across multiple vendors. • Coordinate with and act as subject matter expert to resolve incidents by working with other information security specialists. • Maintain and expand related information security metrics.Qualifications• 5+ years supporting workstation and server operating systems. • 1 year incident response and malware removal experience • 1 to 2 years’ experience supporting endpoint security tools, McAfee, Symantec, Trend Micro, etc. • Basic knowledge of network and perimeter security methodologies and tools.
