You must already be a CNA to apply for this job.Working at Hilltop Health and Rehab you will enjoy:Fun Employee Engagement ActivitiesPositive work environmentExcellent TrainingCompetitive Pay and BenefitsAvailable Shift Details:Full Time AM 8 and 12 HourPRN - All shiftsPart Time - All shiftsWhat you will do:Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.What you need to have:Willingness to make a difference!Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.Current / active CPR certification, preferred.Effective verbal and written English communication skills.Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.Compassionate and friendly demeanor.Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment.
