• Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• EMR Systems: WebPT (Outpatient), Trubridge (Inpatient)

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $45/hour (permanent position)

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy in a hospital setting
• Cover inpatient swing bed (SNF) unit with up to 24 beds
• Deliver one-on-one patient care focusing on functional improvements
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning
• Support hospital and patient safety protocols

What You Need:

• Valid Texas State Physical Therapist License
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working with adult outpatient and inpatient populations
