Project Controls Specialist

Working remotely with occasional site visits in the NYC area, the full-time Project Controls Specialist III (Scheduler) will manage construction project scheduling using Primavera P6, review contractor schedules, and participate in project meetings for various rail/transit CMCI projects. Key responsibilities Participate in logistical and workforce planning, incorporating inputs into a CPM schedule using Primavera P6 Software Review and provide feedback on contractor-prepared baseline, update, and recovery schedules Accurately track contractor work progress and maintain communication with clients and consultants throughout project stages Required qualifications BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field 5+ years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent education and experience Experience with Rail and Transit agencies such as NYCT, MTA, Amtrak, or Metronorth Familiarity with Primavera P6 and understanding of construction scheduling processes preferred Certifications with PMI or AACEI are preferable
