_Are you interested in working with a friendly and supportive team of seasoned clinicians who share a commitment to their patients?_ Look no further... *Visiting Nurse and Community Care* has been providing quality care to our patients for over 115 years in Arlington and surrounding communities. We are looking for talented *Occupational Therapists* to join our organization. *Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement occupational therapy plans of care ensuring quality and safe delivery of occupational therapy home health care services. * Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery. * Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress. * Record and document patient care services. * Promote education for clients, client families and the community. * Coordinate provision of occupational therapy home health care services that reflect VNCCs philosophy and standards of home health for assigned clients. *Qualifications:* * Current OT license in MA required * Two (2) years experience in home health care, elder services, and/or public health preferred. * Strong assessment skills needed. * Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation necessary. * Ability to build rapport with patients. _Visiting Nurse & Community Care is an equal opportunity employer.
