Guest Services Concierge - Holiday Customer Svc

The people we have hired to work here in the past truly love this job and some come back each holiday season to work again.  We need customer service reps who can provide white-glove, exceptional service to this select group of customers who order these gourmet chocolates year-after-year as holiday gifts for their clients, friends, and family. Concierge-like service, the chocolate will sell itself.  White glove, catering service.  --- not focused on call time like a traditional call center. The customers should feel at ease, impressed & invited - these customers like that "luxury customer service" Target Start Date: 10/12 On Job Training:  M-F 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (ready to take calls and input orders by 10/26/26) Regular Shifts - contractors will be scheduled for shifts ahead of time between the hours of 8am-8pm 7 days per week. Black Friday Hours - 11/27/2026 8am-8pm through 12/20/2026 Holiday details: Everyone works one weekend day after Thanksgiving. (after Thanksgiving would need to be available Sat/Sun - weekend shifts will be locked in) Unpaid Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Eve (assignment will most likely be over end of year before the major holidays begin.) Responsibilities

• The customer service representative role will receive inbound calls to process orders using multiple systems such as SAP, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central, as well as process emails within CRM
• This role serves as the first point of contact for our guests, is responsible for providing web ordering of gourmet, top-of-the-line chocolates, general information about our retail store, and is under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager.
• The customer service representative is an extension of the Chocolates brand and guest experience.  It is their responsibility to deliver quick and thorough resolutions to each customer inquiry, while maintaining a high level of attentiveness and positivity with the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information related to our delectable chocolates.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

This is a seasonal customer service position. People love working here and several people have been invited to return to these jobs year-after-year.
