What You Will Do You’ll demonstrate the value of innovative security and smart home solutions, explaining products in depth and recommending the right solutions to customers. You will work in a collaborative environment and visit customers at their homes to provide solutions. Listen and build trust by showing integrity, empathy, and expertise. Customize each system to fit the client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns. Conduct post‑installation follow‑ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals. Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach. What You Need to Be Successful High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location. Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast‑paced sales environment. Self‑motivated and results‑driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals. Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution. Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches. Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required. Compensation Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions. New sales advisors can expect to earn around $95,000, and experienced advisors can earn over $150,000. For the first eight weeks of training, you’ll earn up to $4,000.
