Duties

Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Prospect new leads through strategic territory management, lead generation activities, and sales techniques.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical sales consultations to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while maximizing customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service or in-person sales experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional, responsible, and comfortable interacting directly with customers and property management staff.
• Willingness to learn the reglazing process and the technical aspects of the business.
• Previous experience in reglazing, painting, construction, remodeling, maintenance, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
