Overview
Physical Therapist, General, based in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. This travel assignment starts on 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks with a days shift (Mon–Fri). The role is in a long-term care setting and offers a weekly pay range of $2,278–$2,416 with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. This is a temporary, travel (non-permanent) opportunity managed through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, mobility assistance, and modalities as appropriate.
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans of care to maximize function and maintain safety.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team; communicate resident status, goals, and discharge plans; provide education to residents and families as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in South Dakota or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with geriatric residents
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Availability for a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, professional ethics, and regulatory compliance
