Job Description
Title: Contract PT - Physical Therapy

Schedule: Days, M-F

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapy license
- Relevant certifications and experience in physical therapy

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and rehabilitation processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
