Operations Executive

Job Description Position Overview: We are looking for a PUD (Pickup and Delivery) Operations to provide operational support for vendor management and daily shipping activities. This role will focus on U.S.-based operations and vendor relationships, ensuring high service quality and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations with domestic logistics vendors, including pickup scheduling, shipment tracking, and service quality monitoring. Investigate and resolve delivery issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams to find timely solutions. Prepare operational performance reports and assist with vendor KPI reviews. Support operation planning through data collection and analysis. Maintain operational documentation and update internal systems with vendor information. Requirements Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required. 2+ years of experience in logistics operations, shipping, or supply chain management. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable communicating with vendors and cross-functional teams. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and logistics or shipping platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
