RVO Health, a health-technology company, is seeking a Data Analyst for its People Analytics team in Charlotte. The role focuses on producing workforce insights, partnering with Finance and Human Capital leadership, and delivering self-service BI dashboards to inform strategic decisions. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of data analytics experience, strong SQL and Python/R skills, and proficiency with Tableau/PowerBI.
